As most of you may know, JamAlong’s banjo coach Braeden has been working on an invention he calls the “Stealth Stand”. That’s him using it in the picture, it holds your music on your knee so you don’t need to lug a music stand around!

To help get the idea out to more people, Braeden will be attending the largest music industry conference on the planet, the NAMM Show. This is happening at the end of January and will take place at the Anaheim Convention Center in Los Angeles CA.
Braeden has been boot-strapping the invention without any outside help, and the numbers are starting to climb. He has recently retained a patent attorney, and has acquired the services of designers and 3D printers to continue to develop the product, and to date has spent around $8,000.

Going to the NAMM show is going to be yet another big chunk of change, with the conference, lodging and flights coming in at $4000 so far.
“If the stars align, I’ll find a company to license the idea to, so we can start making tons of them and get it out to the world!” says Braeden, “but it’s a big investment and I’m starting to scrape the bottom of my piggy bank.”
Well now you can help donate to this adventure and help the Stealth Stand become a reality! Just one of the links below and donate whatever is comfortable for you, and for donations $50 or more you’ll be placed on the pre-order list to get a Stealth Stand as soon as they come out!
