Access to the eLesson Library
When you’re a subscriber, the eLesson Library displays lesson content — videos, audio clips and downloadable chart and TAB. Search or browse the library and add your favorite lessons to your own Lesson Folder. Log into your Lesson Folder whenever you want and all your favorite lessons will be right there.
Custom eLessons
To get your free Custom eLesson each month, just fill out the online questionnaire using the link in your Lesson Folder. When it’s ready we’ll add it to your Lesson Folder and shoot you an email.
The format of your Custom eLesson (whether the lesson is video, audio or chart only) will be determined by your JamAlong instructor, depending on the subject or song chosen.
You can also let us suggest a lesson topic for you, after a few sessions with you we’ll know exactly what you need to be a better player. So if you forget to order or just can’t think of something, don’t worry. You’ll still get an awesome custom-made lesson whenever you’re ready for it.
Transcriptions
If you prefer, you can request a transcription instead of a Custom eLesson. That’s right, each month, you can get a transcription of a favorite song. Not only do we do standard notation, we also create custom tablature for banjo, guitar, mandolin, dobro, bass and ukulele. So that means anything you’ve been dying to learn, whether it’s a Doc Watson guitar solo or something crazy from Jake Shimabukuro, we’ll figure out exactly how they played it and send you the TAB for every note.
Live online music lessons
Your Ninja Jammer subscription includes one live online music lesson every month. (Want to learn faster? Our Ninja Jammer Plus subscription gets you two live online music lesson every month!)
With JamAlong’s live online music lessons you’ll have all the benefits of an “in person” music lesson, in the comfort of your own home. Watch and hear your instructor play right there in front of you, and explain everything in detail. Play your songs and assignments for your instructor, to build confidence and prepare for live performance.
